We use a signed for delivery service and all items are insured whilst in transit. Please make sure somebody is available to accept the delivery as a signature is required. We can deliver to a home or work address. If you aren't present a second delivery will be arranged or you must follow your local post office instructions.
To facilitate a swift dispatch of items to all our customers during our busy periods, we will use standard packaging for sale items.

Unfortunately, in light of Russian customs restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals our courier cannot deliver to Russia. We are sorry and will update with more information as soon as the situation changes.

All customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return or Exchange your purchase.
Returns will only be accepted subject to all tags remaining attached to your order.
Returns and Exchange shipping costs are not covered by us when being sent back, so we advise using your local post office.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is safely returned back to us.

All returned/Exchange items should be new, unused, without any makeup marks and with all our security tags still attached.
Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
