MIMII offers free standard shipping worldwide.


We use a signed for delivery service and all items are insured whilst in transit.

We can deliver to a home or work address but please make sure somebody is available to accept delivery as a signature is required.

If you are not present for the first delivery attempt a second delivery will be arranged, or you must follow your local post office instructions.

To facilitate a swift dispatch of items to all our customers during our busy periods, we will use standard packaging for sale items.

Unfortunately, in light of Russian customs restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals our courier cannot deliver to Russia. We are sorry and will update with more information as soon as the situation changes." and an empty line


Please note

Due to recent changes implemented since the UK left the EU on 31st December 2020, our customers in Europe may have to pay Import Duty and taxes on their orders. Additionally, from 1st July 2021 our customers in Europe will have to pay VAT on their order at their country's prevailing rate. This may happen before your delivery arrives, or it may be claimed directly by your delivery driver. These duties and taxes are added by European countries and are out of the control of MIMII London. If you refuse a parcel for that reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.


We continue to offer free delivery worldwide, however, the current COVID-19 pandemic may cause delays of up to 5 days for some destinations outside the UK. Please contact us at [email protected]




All customers have 30 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your purchase.

Returns will only be accepted subject to all tags remaining attached to your order.

When items are sent back to us returns and exchange shipping costs are not covered by us. Customers must use a tracked service for the return of items. We advise using your local post office.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is safely returned back to us.

Returns and exchange instructions can be found accompanying your receipt in your package, if you do not have this please contact us at [email protected]

and we will happily assist you in the returns or exchange process.

Please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like to exchange please make clear the new item that you want (for example an alternative size). Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving the item.

All returned and exchanged items should be new, unused, without any makeup or other marks and with all our hygiene strips in place and security tags still attached.

Items that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and we may ask for a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to the customer.
